Lotuslakes Golf Club (Lotus Lake Golf Club) is a 27-hole championship course set right in the heart of the industrial belt of Karawang, West Java. It was designed by the Japanese golf-course architect Naoyuki Saito. It officially opened on October 29, 1993, inaugurated by the then Minister of Industry, Ir. Tungky Ariwibowo. Amid a Karawang crisscrossed by factories and heavy vehicles, the grounds — surrounded by lakes, water features and lush trees — form a cool green oasis rising out of the bustle of the industrial zone. With three distinctive nine-hole courses — Lotus, Orchid and Jasmine — their various combinations let you enjoy a different playing experience every time, which is a major draw.
