From choosing a course to settling up at the club, here are the questions we are asked most about booking through GoGolf.
Choose a course from Golf Course or Price Comparison, pick the date and the plan you want, then enter the required details and submit. Your request is passed to the golf course through GoGolf.
A booking is complete once the golf course confirms it. The course or GoGolf may call or email you to confirm, so please keep the contact details you registered reachable. A booking we cannot reach you about may be cancelled.
Once you are signed in, every booking is listed on your Booking Status page. We also email the details to your registered address; print that email and bring it with you to the course.
Green fees differ by course, by date and by tee time. The amount you will pay is always shown on the booking page before you confirm, which is why GoGolf publishes no separate fixed price list.
You pay a deposit by credit card at the time of booking. It is normally 10% of the green fee, though the rate can differ by course. Bank transfer is also accepted; if you choose it, complete the payment by the deadline shown.
The balance is paid directly to the golf course on the day, following that course's own procedure.
Open your Booking Status page and change or cancel it there. Within 24 hours of your tee time the site can no longer do it, so please phone the golf course directly.
Cancel more than 24 hours before your tee time and the deposit is handled under the course's cancellation policy. Cancel inside 24 hours and the deposit is treated as the cancellation fee and is not refunded.
Some courses charge a cancellation fee on top of the deposit. That fee is set by the course and is paid directly to the course.
Yes. Registering takes a moment, and it is what lets you see your Booking Status, keep your booking history and earn points.
You earn 1% of what you spend as points; the rate can be higher during a campaign or at particular courses. Points come off the price of a later booking. They cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else, and they cannot be returned once used.
Points expire three months after they are issued, or later depending on the issue date. Your balance is on your member page.
